We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,

Royal Decree 47/80 Issuing the Law concerning the Employee System of the Diwan of Royal Court and its amendments,

and Royal Decree 82/93 Adopting the Organisational Structure of the Diwan of Royal Court,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The job title of Ahmed bin Yousuf bin Mussalam Al-Rawahi is hereby amended to “Head of Financial and Supply Affairs” in the Diwan of Royal Court.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.

after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,

and the Annex Amending the Agreement signed in Muscat on 6 February 1991 Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the Kingdom of the Netherlands for the Avoidance of Double Taxation on Income and Profits Arising From International Air Transport,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The Minister of Civil Service, who is in charge of discharging the functions of the Ministry of Finance and Economy, is hereby authorised to sign the mentioned Annex Amending the Agreement Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the Kingdom of the Netherlands for the Avoidance of Double Taxation on Income and Profits Arising From International Air Transport.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.

and the mentioned agreement signed in Rabat on 27 June 1995,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The mentioned Agreement Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the Kingdom of Morocco on the Establishment of the Joint Committee is hereby ratified.
