We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,

Royal Decree 7/82 Establishing Oman Oil Refinery LLC,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

A paragraph is hereby added to article II of the mentioned Royal Decree 7/82 with the following text:

(c) Distributing petroleum products to local consumers by constructing, maintaining, and operating facilities and warehouses, and providing equipment, means of distribution, and other matters to cover local consumption in the present and future.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its publication.

Royal Decree 8/80 Issuing the Civil Service Law and its amendments,

and Royal Decree 25/84 Governing the Criminal Judiciary and its amendments,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

In exception to the provisions of the mentioned Civil Service Law, Khalid bin Salim bin Said Al-Saidi is hereby transferred to the special grade and appointed Vice President of the Criminal Court in Muscat.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.

The Minister of State for Foreign Affairs is hereby authorised to sign the mentioned Agreement Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the Republic of India for Facilitating Investment in the Oil and Fertiliser Industries.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.

The Minister of Commerce and Industry is hereby authorised to sign the mentioned Agreement on Economic, Trade, and Technical Cooperation Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the Republic of India.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.
