We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,

and Royal Decree 8/80 Issuing the Civil Service Law and its amendments,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

Mohammed bin Hassan bin Ali is hereby appointed Undersecretary of the Ministry of Health for Planning Affairs.

Article II

Dr Ahmed bin Abdulqader Al-Ghassani is hereby appointed Undersecretary of the Ministry of Health for Health Affairs.

Article III

Saif bin Ahmed bin Salim Al-Rawahi is hereby appointed Undersecretary of the Ministry of Health for Administrative and Financial Affairs.

Article IV

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.

The mentioned International Border Agreement Between the Sultanate of Oman and the Republic of Yemen signed in Sanaa on 1 October 1992 and the annexes to the agreement are hereby ratified.

have decreed as follows

The mentioned resolution of the Sixth Islamic Summit Conference amending the first paragraph of article 6 of the Charter of the Organisation of the Islamic Conference regarding the term of office of the Secretary General of the Organisation is hereby ratified.
