We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

A fund named the “Ministry of the Palace Office Pension Fund” is hereby established in accordance with this decree.

Article II

The fund has an independent legal personality and is not considered a government administrative unit.

Article III

The Minister of Palace Office Affairs shall issue the constitution of the fund and its internal regulations.

Article IV

The Minister of the Office of the Palace Affairs and all other relevant entities shall implement this decree, each within their field of mandates.

Article V

All that is contrary to this decree is hereby repealed.

Article VI

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.

Dr Al-Yaqdhan bin Talib bin Ali Al-Hinai is hereby appointed Undersecretary of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry for Commerce.

Article II

Khamis bin Mubarak bin Khamis Al-Kiyumi is hereby appointed Undersecretary of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry for Industry.

Article III

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.
