We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,

and the Agreement Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the United Republic of Tanzania for the Avoidance of Double Taxation of Income Arising From the International Air Transport,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The Deputy Prime Minister for Financial and Economic Affairs is hereby authorised to sign the mentioned Agreement Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the United Republic of Tanzania for the Avoidance of Double Taxation of Income Arising From the International Air Transport.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.

and the provisions of the mentioned agreement signed in Muscat on 9 June 1988,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The mentioned Bilateral Agreement Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the Republic of Turkey on Air Services Between and Beyond Their Respective Territories is hereby ratified.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.
