We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,

and the Trade Agreement between the Sultanate of Oman and the People’s Democratic Republic of Yemen signed in Muscat on 1 November 1988,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The mentioned Trade Agreement Between the Sultanate of Oman and the People’s Democratic Republic of Yemen is hereby ratified.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.

Royal Decree 62/80 Establishing the Public Authority for Stores and Food Reserve,

and Royal Decree 32/88 Forming the National Committee for Natural Disasters and its amendments,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The Director General of the Public Authority for Stores and Food Reserve is hereby appointed a member of the National Committee for Natural Disasters.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.

and Royal Decree 7/87 Extending the Exemption from Income Tax Prescribed for Companies Wholly Owned by Omani Nationals,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The exemption prescribed by the mentioned Royal Decree 7/87 for companies wholly owned by Omani nationals hereby continues until the end of December 1988.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette.
