Arabic We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments, and Royal Decree 3/83 on the Law Governing Omani Nationality and its amendments, and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

Omani nationality is hereby reinstated to:

1. Salim bin Said bin Hamad Al-Rawahi.

2. Harith bin Marhoon bin Abdullah Al-Nabhani.

3. Zuhair bin Zahir bin Zuhair Al-Shuraiqi.

Article II

have decreed as follows

Article I

Articles 22, 33, and 52 of the mentioned Diplomatic and Consular Corps Law are hereby repealed.

Article II

and Royal Decree 5/80 issuing the Land Law and its amendments,

have decreed as follows

Article I

As an exception to the provisions of the mentioned Land Law, the children of Al-Banyan Ratnasy Jordan Das are hereby authorised to own their house located in the Wilayat of Barka, as specified in the sale contract dated 19 Shawwal 1323.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.

The mentioned Protocol on Cooperation Between the Sultanate of Oman and the People’s Democratic Republic of Yemen in the Field of Transport and Communications is hereby ratified.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.
