We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State promulgated by Royal Decree 101/96,

and the Agreement between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the Federal Republic of Germany on Mutual Exemption from Visa Requirements for Holders of Biometric Official Passports Which Comply with the International Standards of the International Civil Aviation Organization signed in the city of Muscat on 8 March 2016,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The aforementioned agreement is hereby ratified in the form attached.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.

and the Omani Nationality Law promulgated by Royal Decree 38/2014,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

Omani nationality is hereby reinstated to those named in the attached list, from the date stated next to each name.

Article II

This decree shall be published in the Official Gazette.

have decreed as follows

Article I

Ambassador Janab Al-Sayyid Fakhri bin Mohammed bin Said Al-Said, Our ambassador to Malaysia, is hereby transferred to the headquarters of the Foreign Ministry.

Article II

after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State promulgated by Royal Decree 101/96,

and the International Convention on the Harmonized Commodity Description and Coding System, and after presentation to Majlis Al-Shura,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The accession of the Sultanate of Oman to the International Convention on the Harmonized Commodity Description and Coding System is hereby approved in the form attached.

Article II

Competent entities shall deposit the instruments of accession to the aforementioned convention in accordance with its provisions.

Article III

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.

Arabic We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State promulgated by Royal Decree 101/96, the Oil and Gas Law promulgated by Royal Decree 8/2011, Royal Decree 86/2005 Approving the Petroleum Agreement between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman, Gotoil Resources Limited, and Odin Energy AS, the collection of documents by which Tethys Oil Oman Limited assigned 100% of its stake, rights, and obligations in the petroleum agreement signed on 6 September 2005 for Block 15 to Odin Energy AS, which accepts this assignment, and the collection of documents by which Odin Energy AS assigned 90% of its stake, rights, and obligations in the petroleum agreement signed on 6 September 2005 for Block 15 to Hydrocarbon Finder LLC, which accepts this assignment, and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The assignment by Tethys Oil Oman Limited of 100% of its stake, rights, and obligations in the petroleum agreement signed on 6 September 2005 for Block 15 to Odin Energy AS is hereby approved.

Article II

The assignment by Odin Energy AS of 90% of its stake, rights, and obligations in the petroleum agreement signed on 6 September 2005 for Block 15 to Hydrocarbon Finder LLC is hereby approved.

Article III
