Ministry of Labour: Ministerial Decision 75/2023 Amending Some Provisions of Decision 8/2011 Determining Jobs of Special Nature Exempted from the Vacancy Announcement Requirement when Appointing

Arabic Based on the Civil Service Law promulgated by Royal Decree 120/2004, Royal Decree 89/2020 Establishing the Ministry of Labour, Determining Its Competences, and Adopting Its Organisational Structure, and Decision 8/2011 Determining Jobs of a Special Nature Exempted from the Vacancy Announcement Requirement When Appointing, and in pursuance of public interest,

it is hereby decided

Article I

The positions of “Director and Assistant Director of Educational Studies and International Cooperation in the Ministry of Education” is hereby replaced by the positions of “Director and Assistant Director of the Technical Office for Studies and Development in the Ministry of Education” provided in article I of the aforementioned Decision 8/2011, and the positions of “Director and Assistant Director of Innovation and Science Olympiad in the Ministry of Education” is also hereby replaced by the positions of “Director and Assistant Director of Knowledge Development and International Studies in the Ministry of Education” provided in the aforementioned article I.

Article II

This decision shall be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the day following the date of its publication. Issued on: 18 Rajab 1444 Corresponding to: 9 February 2023

Ministry of Labour: Ministerial Decision 36/2023 Issuing the System for Job Performance Measurement

Based on Royal Decree 89/2020 Establishing the Ministry of Labour, Determining Its Competences, and Adopting Its Organisational Structure,

and in pursuance of public interest,

it is hereby decided

Article I

The provisions of the attached System for Job Performance Measurement shall apply.

Article II

All that is contrary to the attached system, or in conflict with its provisions, is hereby repealed.

Article III

This decision shall be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the day following the date of its publication.
