We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
In pursuance of public interest and in view of the great importance of development,
hereby decide the following

The Development Board is hereby formed under Our chairmanship and the membership of the following:
Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Assistant
Minister of Interior Member
Minister of Health Member
Minister of Transport Member
Minister of Commerce and Industry Member
Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries, Oil, and Minerals Member
Representative of the Ministry of Finance Member
Article 2
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from its date.
