We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of article 6 of the Diplomatic and Consular Corps Law 46 of 1973 issued on 26 December 1973,
and on the basis of what was presented by the Minister of State for Foreign Affairs,
have decreed as follows
Article 1
Mr Mohammed Aref Al-Hawki is hereby appointed to the grade of Ambassador in the Foreign Ministry.
Article 2
The Minister of State for Foreign Affairs shall implement this decree, and it comes into force from its date.
