We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
hereby decide the following
Article 1
Mr Nour Al-Din Ahmed Farghal is hereby appointed Protocol Advisor in Our Diwan from the date of his secondment from the Republican Palace in the Arab Republic of Egypt.
Article 2
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its publication.
