We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of article 12 of the Diplomatic and Consular Corps Law 50/74 issued on 7 December 1974,
and on the basis of matters presented to Us by the Minister of State for Foreign Affairs,
have decreed as follows
Article 1
Sayyid Foulaz Mohammed Hadid is hereby promoted to the grade of Minister Plenipotentiary at the Foreign Ministry.
Article 2
The Minister of State for Foreign Affairs shall implement this decree, and it comes into force from 1 February 1975 and must be published in the Official Gazette.
