We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of article 173(b) of part eight of the Commercial Companies Law 4/74, as amended by Royal Decree 54/75, and based on the matters presented to Us by the Minister of Commerce and Industry,
have decreed as follows
Article 1
The following persons are hereby appointed as members of the Commercial Dispute Resolution Committee in addition to the four permanent members:
1. Al-Haj Moosa Abdulrahman Hassan.
2. Al-Haj Jaafar Abdulrahim.
3. Mohsin Haider Darwish.
4. Abdullah Hamad Al-Harthi.
5. Suhail Bahwan.
Article 2
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its publication.
