We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
in pursuance of public interest,
and based on article 17 of the Civil Service Law of the year 1975,
have decreed as follows
Article 1
The services of Sheikh Hilal bin Sultan bin Saif Al-Hosni are hereby transferred from the Foreign Ministry to the Ministry of Land Affairs.
Article 2
Sheikh Hilal bin Sultan bin Saif Al-Hosni is hereby appointed Undersecretary of the Ministry of Land Affairs, effective from 1 January 1976.
Article 3
Those concerned shall implement this decree, and it must be published in the Official Gazette.
