Royal Decree 1/76 Transferring the Services of the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Information and Culture to the Foreign Ministry and Appointing Two Undersecretaries in the Ministry of Information and Culture, One for Administrative Affairs and the Other for Media Affairs

We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

in pursuance of public interest, have decreed as follows

The services of Ammar Ali Omair are hereby transferred from the Ministry of Information and Culture to the Foreign Ministry.

Hassan Said Mohammed is hereby appointed at the grade of undersecretary of a ministry for administrative affairs.

Abdulaziz Al-Rawas is hereby appointed at the grade of undersecretary of a ministry for media affairs

The Minister of Information and Culture shall determine the mandates and powers of each of them.

All those concerned shall implement this decree, and it must be published in the Official Gazette.
