We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of articles 12 and 14 of the Diplomatic and Consular Corps Law 50/74 issued on 7 December 1974,
and based on the matters presented to Us by the Minister of State for Foreign Affairs,
have decreed as follows
Article 1
Farid Mubarak Al-Hinai is hereby promoted to the grade of ambassador at the Foreign Ministry.
Article 2
The mentioned is hereby transferred from the headquarters of the Foreign Ministry and appointed an ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of the Sultanate of Oman to the Federal Republic of Germany.
Article 3
The Minister of State for Foreign Affairs shall implement this decree, and it comes into force from 1 August 1976 and must be published in the Official Gazette.
