We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State of 1975, and its amendments,
Decree 47/75 Regarding the Signing of Foreign and Domestic Financial Transactions,
and the Loan Agreement for the Development of Gas Fields in Yibal and Transmission to the Capital Region, signed between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Abu Dhabi Fund for Arab Economic Development on 21 Sha’ban 1396, corresponding to 17 August 1976.
hereby decide as follows
Article 1
The mentioned Loan Agreement for the Development of Gas Fields in Yibal and Transmission to the Capital Region, signed between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Abu Dhabi Fund for Arab Economic Development on 21 Sha’ban 1396, corresponding to 17 August 1976, is hereby ratified.
Article 2
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its publication.
