Royal Decree 38/76 Ratifying the Agreement Establishing the Gulf Organisation for Industrial Consulting Signed by the Ministers of Industry in Gulf States Dated 26 February 1978

We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State 26/75,

and Decree 13/76 amending it,

and after perusal of the Agreement of the Gulf Organisation for Industrial Consulting signed by the Ministers of Industry of the Gulf States on 26 February 1976,

hereby decide as follows

Article 1

The Agreement Establishing the Gulf Organisation for Industrial Consulting signed by the Ministers of Industry of the Gulf States on 26 February 1976 is hereby ratified.

Article 2

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and is considered in force as of the date of its publication.
