We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State 26/75 and its amendments,
and after perusal of the Civil Service Law 27/75,
and based on the matters presented by the Minister of Transport after its review by the Diwan of Legislation,
have decreed as follows
Article 1
Two positions with the grade of undersecretary of a ministry are hereby established in the Ministry of Transport.
Article 2
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its publication.
