We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State 26/75,
after perusal of the Civil Service Law 27/75,
and based on the matters presented to Us by the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries, Oil, and Minerals after its review by the Diwan of Legislation,
have decreed as follows
Article 1
Hassan Abdullah Al-Murza, Director General of the Directorate General of Fisheries, is hereby promoted to the grade of undersecretary and appointed Undersecretary of the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries, Oil, and Minerals.
Article 2
Salim Shaban, Director General of the Directorate General of Agriculture, is hereby promoted to the grade of undersecretary and appointed Undersecretary of Technical Affairs in the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries, Oil, and Minerals.
Article 3
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its publication.
