We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
Based on what was presented to Us by the Minister of Transport.
have decreed as follows
Article 1
Ambassador Abdullah bin Ali Al-Qatabi is hereby transferred from Our Embassy in Beirut and appointed Undersecretary for Roads and Ports Affairs at the Ministry of Transport.
Article 2
Those concerned shall implement this decree from the date of its issuance, and it must be published in the Official Gazette.
