We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
Based on article 3 of the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and Royal Decree 13/76 amending it,
and after perusal of the International Telecommunication Convention and the Protocols annexed to it,
and based on the matters presented to Us by the Minister of State for Foreign Affairs,
have decreed as follows
Article 1
The International Telecommunication Convention and the Protocols annexed to it, signed at Malaga-Torremolinos on 25 October 1973, are hereby ratified, with the reservation made by the Sultanate of Oman.
Article 2
The competent entities shall implement this decree, and it must be published in the Official Gazette.
