We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State 26/75, and Decree 13/76 amending it, and its annexes,
and the Civil Service Law 27/75,
and based on the matters presented by Our Special Advisor and the Governor of the Capital after its review by the Diwan of Legislation,
have decreed as follows
Article 1
A directorate general named the “Directorate General of Administration and Services” is hereby established in the Governorate of the Capital.
Article 2
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its publication.
