We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State 26/75,
and after perusal of the Civil Service Law 27/75,
and on the basis of what was presented to Us by the Minister of Health after its review by the Diwan of Legislation,
have decreed as follows
Article 1
Dr Salim Hamdan Suwaid Al-Akhzami is hereby appointed Undersecretary of the Ministry of Health
Article 2
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its publication.
