Royal Decree 54/77 Appointing the Minister of Social Affairs and Labour as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Oman Housing Bank

We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State 26/75 and the Decree 13/76 amending it,

and Royal Decree 51/77 Establishing Oman Housing Bank,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article 1

The Minister of Social Affairs and Labour is hereby appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors of Oman Housing Bank.

Article 2

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its publication.
