Royal Decree 59/77 Ratifying the Economic, Cultural, and Technical Cooperation Agreement Between the Sultanate of Oman and the Hellenic Republic

We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and Royal Decree 13/76 amending it,

Royal Decree 24/77 Authorising the Undersecretary of the Foreign Ministry to Sign on Behalf of the Government of the Sultanate of Oman the Economic, Cultural, and Technical Cooperation Agreement Between the Sultanate of Oman and the Hellenic Republic,

and after perusal of the Economic, Cultural, and Technical Cooperation Agreement Between the Sultanate of Oman and the Hellenic Republic signed in Athens, Greece, on 24 May 1977.

have decreed as follows

Article 1

We hereby ratify the mentioned Economic, Cultural, and Technical Cooperation Agreement Between the Sultanate of Oman and the Hellenic Republic.

Article 2

This agreement hereby enters into force on the date of its signature.

Article 3

The competent entities shall implement the provisions of this agreement, each within its mandate, and it must be published in the Official Gazette.
