We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State, and Decree 13/76 amending it,
Royal Decree 48/76 Regarding the Signing of Foreign and Domestic Financial Transactions,
and the Loan Agreement Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Saudi Fund for Development for the Administrative and Social Centres Project in the Southern Region signed on 20 July 1977,
have decreed as follows
Article 1
The Loan Agreement Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Saudi Fund for Development for the mentioned Administrative and Social Centres Project in the Southern Region is hereby ratified.
Article 2
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its publication.
