We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and Royal Decree 13/76 amending it,
and Royal Decree 40/77 Issuing the Law of Compensation for Work Injuries and Occupational Diseases,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article 1
The text of article 50 of the Law of Compensation for Work Injuries and Occupational Diseases is hereby repealed entirely.
Article 2
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its publication.
