We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State 26/75 and Royal Decree 13/76 amending it,
and after perusal of the Protocol Amending the Florence Agreement of 1950, which is open for signature at the General Secretariat of the United Nations,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article 1
Our ambassador to the United States of America is hereby authorised to sign the mentioned protocol on behalf of the Government of the Sultanate of Oman.
Article 2
The competent entities shall implement this decree, and it must be published in the Official Gazette.
