Royal Decree 6/78 Ratifying the Fishing Agreement Signed Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and Korean High Overseas Fishing Company Limited

We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State 26/75 and its amendments,

and after perusal of the Fishing Concession Agreement signed between the Government of the Sultanate and Korean Overseas Fishing Company Limited signed on 18 December 1977,

have decreed as follows

Article 1

The Fishing Concession Agreement signed between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the mentioned company on 18 December 1977 is hereby ratified.

Article 2

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its publication.
