We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of Royal Decree 45/75 dated 8 September 1975 Regarding the Formation of the Water Resources Council,
after perusal of Royal Decree 28/79 dated 22 May 1979 Regarding the Appointment of a Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article 1
The Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries, Oil, and Minerals mentioned in article 1 of the mentioned Decree 45/75 is hereby replaced by the Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries as Chairman of the Water Resources Council.
Article 2
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.
