Royal Decree 31/80 Authorising the Permanent Representative of the Sultanate to the Organisation of the Islamic Conference to Sign the General Agreement for Economic, Technical, and Commercial Cooperation Among Member States of the Islamic Conference

We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,

and the General Agreement for Economic, Technical, and Commercial Cooperation Among Member States of the Organisation of the Islamic Conference,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article 1

Sheikh Ibrahim bin Hamad Al-Harthy—the Permanent Representative of the Sultanate of Oman to the Organisation of the Islamic Conference—is hereby authorised to sign the mentioned General Agreement for Economic, Technical, and Commercial Cooperation Among Member States of the Organisation of the Islamic Conference.

Article 2

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.
