We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments and Annex B of the mentioned law,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article 1
The Organisational Structure of the Office of the Minister of State and Wali of Dhofar is hereby adopted in accordance with the attached annex.
Article 2
The organisational structure of the mentioned office in Annex B of the mentioned Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State is hereby repealed.
Article 3
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.
