Royal Decree 76/80 Appointing a Non-resident Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Republic of Philippines

We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of article 12 of the Diplomatic and Consular Corps Law of 1980,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article 1

Ambassador Ibrahim Hamoud Al-Subhi, Our ambassador to the People’s Republic of China, is hereby appointed a non-resident ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of the Sultanate to the Republic of the Philippines.

Article 2

Those concerned shall implement this decree, and it comes into force from the date of its issuance and must be published in the Official Gazette.
