We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,
and article 9 of the Diplomatic and Consular Corps Law 44/80 issued on 21 May 1980,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article 1
Advisor Salim Ismail Suwaid is hereby promoted to the grade of Ambassador at the Foreign Ministry.
Article 2
Those concerned shall implement this decree, and it comes into force from the date of its issuance and must be published in the Official Gazette.
