We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,
and article 13 of the Diplomatic and Consular Corps Law of 1980,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article 1
Advisor Issa Ahmed Ali is hereby granted the title of ambassador, and is hereby appointed an ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of Ours to the Democratic Republic of the Sudan.
Article 2
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.
