We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,
and Royal Decree 8/80 Issuing the Civil Service Law and its amendments,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article 1
Sheikh Ibrahim bin Hamad Suleiman Al-Harthy is hereby appointed Undersecretary to the Ministry of Justice, Endowments, and Islamic Affairs–for Justice Affairs–by way of transfer from the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labour.
Article 2
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.
