after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,
Royal Decree 46/80 Adopting the Organisational Structure of the Diwan of Protocol of His Majesty the Sultan and its amendments,
Royal Decree 47/80 Issuing the Law Concerning the Statute of the Employees of the Diwan of Protocol for His Majesty the Sultan and its amendments,
and Royal Decree 96/82 Adopting the Name "Diwan of Royal Court Affairs",
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article 1
The phrase "Diwan of Protocol for His Majesty the Sultan" is hereby amended to "Diwan of Royal Court Affairs" wherever it occurs in the mentioned Royal Decree 47/80 and the law attached to it.
Article 2
The Organisational Structure of the Diwan of Royal Court Affairs attached to this decree of Ours is hereby adopted.
Article 3
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.
