We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,
and the Agreement on Economic and Trade Cooperation Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the Republic of Iraq signed in Baghdad on 10 Sha’ban 1403, corresponding to 23 May 1983, which was signed by the Minister of Commerce and Industry on behalf of the Government of the Sultanate,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article 1
The Agreement on Economic and Trade Cooperation Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the Republic of Iraq, which was signed by the Minister of Commerce and Industry on behalf of the Government of the Sultanate, is hereby approved.
Article 2
The mentioned agreement is hereby ratified.
Article 3
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.
