Royal Decree 58/83 Ratifying the Agreement on Economic and Industrial Cooperation Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the French Republic

We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,

and Royal Decree 21/83 Delegating the Minister of Commerce and Industry to Sign the Agreement on Economic and Industrial Cooperation Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the French Republic, Which Was Previously Initialled on 19 December 1982,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article 1

The mentioned Agreement on Economic and Industrial Cooperation Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the French Republic is hereby ratified.

Article 2

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.
