Royal Decree 45/85 Adopting the Organisational Structure of the Technical Secretariat of the Development Planning and Environment Committee in the Southern Region

We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,

Royal Decree 48/84 Establishing the Planning Committee for Development and Environment in the Southern Region,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article 1

The Organisational Structure of the Technical Secretariat of the Planning Committee for Development and Environment in the Southern Region is hereby adopted in accordance with the attached annex.

Article 2

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.
