We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,
Royal Decree 8/80 Issuing the Civil Service Law and its amendments,
and Royal Decree 25/84 Governing the Criminal Judiciary,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article 1
Those named below are hereby appointed Judges to the Criminal Court in the Capital.
1. Abdullah bin Salim bin Mubarak Al-Mukhaini.
2. Salim bin Hilal bin Mohammed Al-Azri.
3. Mohammed bin Nasser bin Abdullah Al-Buraiki.
Article 2
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.
