We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,
Royal Decree 8/80 Issuing the Civil Service Law and its amendments,
and Royal Decree 104/85 Amending the Name of the Ministry of Environment and Its Mandates,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article 1
Major General Bakhit bin Said Al-Shanfari is hereby appointed Undersecretary of the Ministry of Environment and Water Resources for Environmental Affairs.
Article 2
Ali bin Mohammed Al-Jarwani is hereby appointed Undersecretary of the Ministry of Environment and Water Resources for Water Resources Affairs.
Article 3
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.
