Royal Decree 52/86 Ratifying the Air Transport Agreement Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the Republic of Tunisia

We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,

Royal Decree 73/82 Authorising the Minister of Transport to Sign the Air Transport Agreement Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the Republic of Tunisia,

and the mentioned agreement signed in Muscat on 16 November 1985,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article 1

The mentioned Air Transport Agreement Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the Republic of Tunisia is hereby ratified.

Article 2

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.
