We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,
Royal Decree 8/80 Issuing the Civil Service Law and its amendments,
and Royal Decree 25/84 Governing the Criminal Judiciary,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article 1
Othman bin Abdullah bin Hamad Al-Yahyai is hereby appointed Deputy President of the Criminal Court in the Capital.
Article 2
Abdullah bin Hamood bin Hamad Al-Qasmi is hereby appointed Judge to the Criminal Court in the Capital.
Article 3
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.
