We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,
Royal Decree 36/85 on the Statute of State Accounts Audit,
and Royal Decree 58/86 Abolishing the Ministry of Royal Diwan Affairs,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article 1
The phrases “Ministry of Royal Diwan Affairs” and “Minister of Royal Diwan Affairs” are hereby amended to “Diwan of Royal Court” and “Head of the Diwan of Royal Court”, respectively, wherever they occur in the Statute of State Accounts Audit annexed to the mentioned Royal Decree 36/85.
Article 2
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.
