We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,
and Royal Decree 3/83 on the Law Governing Omani Nationality and its amendments,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article I
Omani nationality is hereby granted to:
1. Rasheed bin Mohammed bin Amin Al-Balushi
2. Mahmoud bin Ahmed bin Ali Al-Hikmani
3. Saadah bint Mohammed bin Rashid Al-Mazroui
4. Hawaa bint Ramadan bin Said Al-Malki
5. Fatima bint Salim bin Khalfan Al-Siyabi
6. Kulthum bint Ahmed bin Ali Al-Kindi
Article II
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from 8 January 1986.
