Royal Decree 90/88 Ratifying the Agreement on Economic and Technological Cooperation Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the Italian Republic

We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,

Royal Decree 37/87 Authorising the Signing of the Agreement on Economic and Technological Cooperation Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the Italian Republic and the Protocol Attached to It,

Royal Decree 73/87 Amending the Title of the Protocol Attached to the Agreement on Economic and Technological Cooperation Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the Italian Republic,

and the mentioned agreement signed in Rome on 28 April 1988,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The mentioned Agreement on Economic and Technological Cooperation Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the Italian Republic, and the Protocol on Cultural and Scientific Cooperation attached to it, are hereby ratified.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.
