Royal Decree 91/88 Transferring the Mandates of Social Housing in the Wilayat of Sohar to the Diwan of Royal Court

We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,

Royal Decree 35/77 Issuing the Social Housing Law and its amendments,

and Royal Decree 11/85 Assigning the Responsibility for Supervising the Urban Planning of the Wilayat of Sohar to the Diwan of Royal Court,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The mandates of social housing in the Wilayat of Sohar are hereby transferred to the Diwan of Royal Court.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from 21 June 1988.
